Later when I tried accessing my account through my cellphone to change PW it was not recognizing my PW which I know for fact w*o any doubt that I was entering the correct one and did not allow me access saying that "your account or password is incorrect. Yesterday afternoon, receive an email from Microsoft account team, as a security alert that someone else may have had access to my account, which I believe could be a possibility, since had an argument with roommate whom I recently had access to my email from his computer and he told me "you better change your PW".
